Payment of teaching sessions should take place before they can be attended. Sessions can be paid either separately as individual lessons (24 hours before each session) or in bulk as a course (24 hours before the first session of a course).
Payment is made via PayPal.
Attendance of classes should take place as scheduled.
A class can be rescheduled no later than 6 hours before its start via Calendly (see Reschedule Button in the Confirmation email) or by notifying the tutor via email. A class which has not been attended without such notification is non-refundable.
Punctuality in class attendance is expected as a class begins and ends at the scheduled time.
Timely submission of answers to writing tasks is expected as feedback on written answers can only be given during the time period of scheduled classes. Only answers to writing tasks assigned for homework are due to receive feedback.
Feedback on additional written answers can be given at an extra fee.
Students are expected to attend the session(s) by using a device with a reasonably large screen (e.g. a laptop, PC, etc.) and having stable Internet connection to gain maximum benefit from the lesson(s). Zoom, the online platform where classes are held, can be downloaded for free from here.
Students are expected to dedicate ample time to homework and self-study tasks before and after each session.
